Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and standard check-out time is 12:00 PM local time.
Early check-in before 2:00 PM is free, subject to availability on the day of arrival. Guaranteed early check-ins are subject to a full charge of the first night’s rate.
Late check-out after 12:00 PM is subject to availability and is subject to a full charge of the check-out rate.
Russian citizens must present a Russian passport to check in.
Foreign citizens must present a passport, immigration card, or visa (if required).
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. Minors may only check in if accompanied by their parents, legal guardians, or with a notarized power of attorney and a passport or birth certificate.
During your stay, the following is strictly prohibited:
– handing over keys or disclosing your room number to unregistered guests.
– smoking any smoking substances in your room or public areas (additional cleaning fee of 10,000 rubles).
– disturbing guests in other rooms or holding noisy events after 10:00 PM.
When booking a rate with free cancellation, guests can cancel their reservation up to 3 days in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will incur a penalty equal to the cost of one night.
When booking a non-refundable rate, 100% of the reservation cost is paid at the time of booking and is retained in full upon cancellation or modification.
Payment can be made by an individual or a legal entity.
