Description of the return of goods and money
The Seller is obligated to deliver to the Buyer Products that fully comply with their Order, the quality of which corresponds to the information provided to the Buyer on the website, as well as the information communicated to the Buyer upon delivery (on the label or insert attached to the Products or their packaging, or by other means specified for individual types of Products).
Upon receipt of the Products, the Buyer shall inspect the received Products to ensure they comply with the Order, are complete, and have no complaints regarding the appearance of the delivered Products. If the Buyer receives defective or incomplete Products, or if the received Products do not match the ordered Products, the Buyer has the right to request a replacement with Products of proper quality immediately upon receipt by notifying the Courier Service employee, or within 5 minutes of receipt by notifying the Seller. Alternatively, the Buyer may return the Products from the Order that are of proper quality, in whole or in part, to the Courier Service employee, by agreement with the Seller, and request a refund of the previously paid funds for these Products.
The Seller will exchange the Product for a similar Product of proper quality, or, by agreement with the Buyer, for another Product of the Buyer’s choice. In this case, the cost of the previously paid Product is applied to the newly selected Product, and further monetary settlements between the Buyer and the Seller will be conducted in accordance with the Agreement and current Russian legislation.
The Seller will refund funds according to the payment method previously selected by the Buyer.
The Seller must refund cash to the Buyer no later than 10 (ten) business days from the date the Buyer requests a refund, unless other timeframes have been agreed upon between the Seller and the Buyer.
Refunds of non-cash payments from the Seller to the Buyer will be made to the Buyer’s bank card within 5 (five) banking days, beginning on the next banking day after the Buyer requests a refund.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s exchange or return of the Product at its sole discretion if it has evidence of unlawful actions on the part of the Buyer. The Seller also reserves the right to hold the Buyer liable in court.
